Dear GMRians,
Praveeen Kumar (97 Comp), Purna Chandra Rao (92 comp) from Hyderabad, Srinivasarao (88 ECE) and Prasanna Kumar (87 comp) from Rajahmundry went to our college on 20th Nov 2013 met Prinical sir William Carry, B.R.B.Achari (General Head), Sarath Chandra (Mechanical HOD), P. Srinivasa Rao (Electronics HOD) and BalaBhaskar (Computers HOD).
Our Guys explained about till now what we have done for this event (600+ members details collected, conducting meetings from 1 year, Collected 2 Lacks till now and created GB groups, blog and mails and SMS to all list whatever we have till now).
They are very much happy with what we are doing, approach of our work and our intentions towards this event. They really appreciated well.
They have suggested us to change the event name (from Silver Jubilee event to Old Student get-together). We will explain to all on 30th November city wise meeting.
Principal sir agreed to provide us the details of all our old students. Principal sir and other heads are agreed to support us completely for this event.
Principal sir agreed to provide the old principals, lecturers contact details through Jhonson (87 computers and currently working as Computer assistant in our college only).
Principal sir agreed for not including any political figures for this get-together.
Old Students Get-Together Date was confirmed for 25th Jan 2014.
Praveen has submitted the letter for requesting the permission for our get-together on 25th Jan 2014. And principal sir approved it and issued a circular to us. Please find the attached document for the issued circular to us.
Please start book your flight/train/bus ticket for our college event as this is the only platform you can meet all your real friends.
